sunday

Phew, what a day. Kind of a lame day actually. Nothing specific just a bit down. It's rainy and grey and not much outside interaction for us. One bit of precious grace was waking and walking downstairs and having Matea say, 'Look Momma! A rainbow!"

We made it to church this morning, which was a big endeavor alone :)
Feeling a little frustrated that I haven't heard from Peter due to bad internet service in Malaga. He's had a very full day of meetings and is loving getting to help. We finally connected for about 5 minutes on Skype, but it's tough being a verbal processor and not being verbal :)
The words just aren't flowing tonight for this post- pretty tired.
Looking forward to watching DAbbey on our TV as PBS is one of the only channels we get!

Here are some beautiful sisters :)

We decorated some sugar cookies this afternoon and both kids were so excited to make some for Daddy - there's about 8 waiting for you when you get back babe ;) They both ate at least 3 and I held my tongue and let them make a beautiful big mess :) They loved it. I have been so impressed with how much Téa looks out for Hudson - on a walk yesterday, well I was walking, they were riding their scooters, we went down the hill by the creek and up the other side. Hudson was struggling. As soon as M made it to the top she looked back and went and carried Huds scooter up for him. Today he was having trouble spreading the frosting and she asked if he wanted help, to which he said, "sure" and she took care of him. Make this momma's heart happy. Especially with how much they fight and argue!

Oh, Jen! God has made you "a happy mother of children." I remember back when we were praying for that to happen. :) Some nights I still don't get enough sleep because of my children--who are never far from my thoughts.

I love your pictures!

He indeed has Janet! Thanks to your prayers I'm sure! That verse once made me cry, but i know my mother-in-law prayed it for me often. He's pretty amazing :)
