Lifelines

On Monday we had the opportunity to go up to Estes Park and learn about Crusade's ministry called Lifelines.
It's an outdoor ministry that helps students grow in their spiritual and character formation. One example is to pick a relational, character or leadership trait to focus on during the day. It could be focusing on trust while rock climbing for the day. There would be questions like “How do you know whether to trust someone or not? Has there been a time when someone has broken your trust and how did that affect you?” Including the spiritual aspect, “What would God need to be like in order for you to trust Him?”
There were 3 different activities they walked us through and it was so beautiful up there.

The story with this last photo...
Peter and I agreed that we would never buy Tѐa anything "princess". A friend recently gave us some clothes for her and included was this bright pink princess purse. Much to our dismay she thinks it's the greatest. One of her favorite things to do is go through my purse...now she has one of her own :) She always carries it around like a little old granny - she is one funny girl.
